Show, sort, remove sheet music on event

What is this?

In the Sheet music on event section you see and manage all pieces that belong to an event — whether for rehearsal or performance. Members see the list in the order shown, which makes concert flow planning easier.

What you see

• List of linked pieces — in the chosen order
• Per piece: title, composer, key, duration, possibly note
• Action buttons: open, download, practice in voice trainer
• Total duration (especially useful for performances)

What you can do

• Change order via drag and drop (with events.edit)
• Remove pieces (delete link, piece stays in library)
• Add new pieces (see Add sheet music to event)
• Import from another event (see Import sheet music)
• Add notes per piece — for example "only verse 1+3" or "tempo a bit brisker"

Order in practice

• Rehearsal: often by difficulty (hard pieces early, familiar ones at the end to loosen up)
• Concert: dramaturgically (opening — middle — highlight — finale)
• Church service: by liturgy (entry — sermon — exit)

View: all invited members with events.view. Edit (order, add, remove): with events.edit.

Tip

Maintain the order not just shortly before the performance. When the list is set already by the first rehearsal, members can prepare better.
