Events overview

What is this?

The events overview is the central hub for all rehearsals, performances and other events of your ensemble. Here you see at a glance what is coming up and what has already taken place. Via filters and search you find the right event quickly even in large ensembles.

What you find here

• Upcoming events: sorted chronologically, the next one on top
• Past events: accessible via the filter, important for attendance analyses
• Status per event: confirmed, declined, still open — recognizable at a glance
• Voice and role filters: show only events that concern your voice or role
• Search field: search by title, venue or description

Views

You can switch between three views:

1. List — compact chronological display, good for a quick overview
2. Month calendar — visual month view, helpful for rehearsal rhythm and performance planning
3. Week view (in the app) — focused on the next 7 days

How to use the overview

On the web you open the Events area in the main menu. In the app you tap the Events tab in the bottom navigation. Tap an event to open the detail view — there you can confirm or decline, read comments, download sheet music and more.

Permission

The overview is available to all members with at least events.view — that is by default every member. Events only for certain voices or roles appear only for invited members.

Tips

• Activate the iCal subscription to automatically have all events in your personal calendar (Google, Apple, Outlook).
• Use the voice filters in large ensembles to see only the events relevant to you.
• Mark important events as a favorite (app) so you can find them again faster.
