Kontakte (Adressbuch)
Externes Adressbuch des Chors: Konzertveranstalter, Sponsoren, Banken, Versicherungen, Ehrengäste, Gastmusiker — mit Tag-Klassifikation und Verknüpfung zu Rechnungen, Buchungen und Terminen.
Create a new contact
How to add a new external contact to the address book: basic info, address, bank details, tax IDs and tags. Requires the "contacts.edit" permission.

Edit a contact
Update an external contact's master data — address, bank details, tags, notes and GDPR fields. Requires the "contacts.edit" permission.

Archive or restore a contact
Hide contacts you no longer need without losing data. Linked invoices and transactions stay valid. Restore is available any time. Requires "contacts.delete".

Manage tags
Create, rename or delete your own contact tags. System tags (Bank, Sponsor, Promoter, etc.) are read-only. Requires the "contacts.edit" permission.

Import contacts (Excel/CSV)
Download the Excel template, fill it in and use the import wizard. Duplicates are detected automatically by email or IBAN — choose per row: create new, update or skip.

Export contacts as Excel
Download the address book as Excel or CSV, optionally filtered by tag or archive status. Every export is logged in the security audit log (GDPR relevance).

Issue a donation receipt for a contact
Generate a German donation receipt (§ 10b EStG) directly from a contact's detail view. Donor name and address are filled in automatically and the receipt is linked to the transaction.

Link address book contacts to an event
Link sponsors, honorary guests, guest musicians or other address book contacts to an event with a role and notes. Visible in the event tab "Contacts".

GDPR disclosure & deletion for a contact
Art. 15 GDPR disclosure as a JSON download and final Art. 17 deletion with GoBD-compliant document snapshot logic. Requires "contacts.gdpr".
