Attendance history of a member
See the complete attendance history of a member — when they were present, when not, how often excused. Important for one-on-one talks, anniversaries and club statistics.
Diese Funktion ist nur im Web verfügbar.
What is this?
The attendance history shows you how often a member was present, excused or unexcused absent at rehearsals and performances. An important basis for one-on-one talks ("You have been missing a lot lately, is everything OK?"), anniversary calculations and club reports.
What you see
- Overall rate: for example "85% attendance over the last 12 months"
- Breakdown: present, excused, unexcused, late
- Event list: chronological, with status per event
- Trends: visible via time filters (last 3/6/12 months)
- Comparison: optional against the voice or ensemble average rate
Filters and views
- Rehearsals only or performances only — analyze separately
- Specific time range — for example only the last 6 months
- Specific event type — for example only sectional rehearsals or only dress rehearsals
- With/without recurring events — if you want to evaluate series events separately
How to open the history
From an event:
- Open the participant list
- Click on a member's name
- Choose "Attendance history"
From the members area:
- Open the choir → Members
- Click on the member
- Choose the "Attendance" tab
What do you need this for?
- One-on-one talks — data-based instead of by feel
- Performance assignment — who was prepared, who gets the solo
- Anniversaries — who really actively sang for 25 years
- Fee exemption — proof in case of long illness or relocation
- Association reports — attendance numbers for grant applications
Permission
Own history: every member can view their own. Other people's history: you need members.view, typically choir directors, the board and the secretary.
Privacy note
Attendance data is personal data. In Chorilo it is shown only to those who need it for their task. When a member leaves, historical data is kept for club documentation but can be deleted GDPR-compliantly on request.
Tip
Talk with members whose history stands out — before you take consequences. Sometimes illness, a job change or family topics are behind it, which can be addressed early with a conversation.
