Parents confirm and decline events for their children, vote for them and see what the child sees. What the link allows and what it does not.

Start a link
Enter your child's or parent's email address in your profile. The other side confirms via the link or in their profile. Requirement: a shared choir.

Confirm or decline a request
Confirm a parent link via the link in the email or in your profile under Pending requests. Declining works the same way. Requests are valid for 14 days.

Confirm or decline for children
Open the event, tap Confirm or Decline and pick yourself and your children in the "Who do you want to respond for?" window. Several people at once.
Termine > Termin öffnen > Zusage > Für wen?
Vote for children
In polls in notifications, choose under "Vote as" whether your vote counts for you or for a child. One vote per child, plus your own vote as a member.

Choir director: linking parents and children
Link a child with a parent from the choir directly from the member list. Active immediately, no confirmation needed. Requirements, notes and tips.

What parents see
Linked parents additionally see all events and notifications of their children, marked "visible because of Lina". Chats and files stay out of reach.
Termine
Remove a link
Only the parent removes a parent link, in the profile under People I manage. The child is notified. Choir director and child cannot remove it.

Children without their own email address
Create children without their own address using a family address like jonas:petra@example.com. A full member, and all mail goes to the parent.
