What is this?
The subscription overview shows the current status of your Chorilo subscription for this choir. Here you see which plan is active, when the next billing is due, which add-ons are booked and where you can switch plans.
What the overview shows:
- Current plan (Trial, Monthly, Annual)
- Next billing date and amount
- Stored payment method (SEPA, card)
- Booked sub-ensembles and their renewal dates
- Active add-ons (e.g. banking integration)
- Payment status (all paid / open / dunning)
How to use the overview
- Open your choir and go to Administration > Subscription.
- Read the status and check that everything is as expected.
- Click individual areas to view or change details:
- Change plan — switch monthly to annual (or vice versa)
- Payment method — store a new card or SEPA mandate
- Invoices — view all past invoices
- Add-ons — activate or deactivate the banking integration
Chorilo's plans
Chorilo has one single pricing structure — no Free/Starter/Premium tier model. All features are included in every plan, with no limits on members, storage or email volume.
| Plan | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 60-day trial | Free | No credit card. Ends automatically; no charge if not continued. |
| Monthly | €10 per month per choir | Cancellable monthly. |
| Annual | €100 per year per choir | Equivalent to about €8.33 per month. |
| Sub-ensemble (add-on) | €33 per year per sub-ensemble | Only in combination with an active annual plan of the parent choir. |
| Banking integration (add-on) | Extra cost, see pricing page | Optional, Germany only — automatic bank reconciliation for the cashbook. |
All prices include applicable VAT. Charged via Stripe (SEPA direct debit or card).
What is a sub-ensemble?
A sub-ensemble is an organizationally dependent choir within the parent association — for example a youth choir, project choir or chamber choir of the same legal entity. Chorilo verifies eligibility; misuse triggers retroactive billing at the regular rate.
Permission
You need the permission ensemble.edit to view and manage the subscription overview. By default the owner and choir director have this access.
Tips
- Annual saves money — 12 monthly payments are €120, the annual plan is only €100.
- Store a second payment method as backup — if the main card expires, the second one takes over.
- For clubs with multiple accounts: have the board decide whether the club bank card or a private card is stored. A clear rule prevents later confusion.
- Several choirs of one association — bill centrally and cheaper via the annual plan for the parent choir plus €33/year per sub-ensemble.
