What is this?

The anniversaries export shows all upcoming special dates in your choir — singer anniversaries, milestone birthdays and wedding dates. It is the basis for honors, congratulations and the planning of annual celebrations or anniversary concerts.

Included anniversaries:

Singer anniversaries: 10, 25, 40, 50, 60 years as an active choir member (across all choirs)
Milestone birthdays: 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100 years
Wedding anniversaries: silver (25), gold (50), diamond (60), iron (65), if a wedding date is recorded

How to export anniversaries

Open your choir and go to Members > Export anniversaries / wedding dates.
Choose the period: next 6 months, next year, multi-year preview.
Choose the anniversary types: singer anniversaries, birthdays, wedding dates — individually or combined.
Choose the format: Excel, CSV or PDF (Excel is the default; CSV for external tables; PDF for printing).
Export. The file is downloaded immediately.

What is in the export

Per anniversary you see:

Member (first and last name)
Anniversary type (e.g. "25 years of membership")
Date of the anniversary
Number of years
Voice and role
For singer anniversaries: breakdown by previous choirs (via singer history)
For wedding anniversaries: name of the partner (if specified)

Why singer history matters so much

Singer anniversaries are calculated over the total duration as a choir member — across all choirs, not only the time in your choir. If a member''s singer history is not maintained, Chorilo only sees the entry to your choir and misses the anniversary.

Tip: with every new member, check right away whether previous choirs are recorded.

Permission

You need the permission members.view to export anniversaries. By default the choir director and board have this access. Detailed personal data (e.g. wedding date) is only visible if the data has been maintained.

Tips

Plan at least 6 months ahead — for milestone anniversaries you need time to obtain the badge or gift, possibly involve the association.
Establish a tradition: from 25 years honor publicly at the concert, from 50 years publish in the club magazine or local association.
Sync with the association: many associations award honor badges by fixed levels. With the export you can submit applications cleanly.
Check wedding dates regularly — older members in particular appreciate congratulations on golden or diamond weddings.

How far ahead can I plan?▾

You can look as far ahead as you wish — the default is 12 months, but you can also plan 2 or 5 years ahead when organizing honors long term.

Are anniversaries automatically reported to the choir association?▾

When your choir is linked with a choir association, the association can pull the anniversary data directly from Chorilo and assign certificates/badges automatically — depending on the association integration.
