Show linked events for a piece
See at which rehearsals and performances a piece is or was played. Jump directly from the sheet music detail page to the respective event.
Diese Funktion ist nur im Web verfügbar.
What is this?
In the Linked events area on the detail page of a piece you see all rehearsals and performances at which this piece is or was played. Useful to keep an overview:
- When was the piece last rehearsed?
- At which next performance do I need it?
- How often does it appear in the current rehearsal plan?
The list helps members with their own preparation — and choir directors with program planning.
How to find the linked events
- Open the piece through the sheet music overview.
- Scroll down on the detail page. In the Linked events area you see all relevant events.
- Tap an event to jump directly to the event detail page — with attendance overview, venue and all other linked pieces.
What is in the list
- Date and time of the event
- Title (rehearsal, dress rehearsal, concert, ...)
- Venue
- Status (upcoming, past)
- Your own attendance reply (confirmed, declined, open)
How to link pieces with events
A link is created when creating or editing an event:
- Open the event in the Events area.
- Click Edit.
- In the Sheet music section pick the pieces from your library that will be played there.
- Save the event. The link appears immediately on the piece detail page.
That works only for members with the events.edit permission.
Permission
To see the links you need sheet_music.view and access to the respective event. Pieces without a link simply show "No events" — that is normal for new pieces or when a piece was uploaded only for individual practice.
Tips
- Link pieces consistently with every event at which they are rehearsed — then you have a complete rehearsal history per piece.
- Use the list before important performances: search the piece, see the last rehearsal dates and judge how solid it sits.
- For concerts link all program items in advance — members can then open and practice all relevant pieces directly from the event detail page.
