Association dashboard

What is this?

The Association dashboard is the overview page of your choir association in Chorilo. You land here after switching to the association portal and see at a glance everything that is currently due: new join requests from choirs, recently joined member choirs, due membership reports and recently published association announcements.

The dashboard summarizes the most important key figures of your association so you do not have to click through every submenu.

How to use the dashboard

1. Switch to the association portal via the association menu in the header.
2. You land on the dashboard automatically — alternatively reachable via the "Dashboard" entry in the association menu.
3. Look at the widgets: open requests, number of member choirs, due reports and recent activity.
4. Click a widget to jump straight to the detail view — for example from "3 open requests" to the requests list.

What you see here

• Open join requests — choirs that want to become members of the association
• Member choirs — total count and list of the most recently joined
• Membership reports — who has not reported yet, who is done
• Latest association announcements — what was last sent to member choirs
• Sub-associations — if your association has districts or regional bodies

Permission

You need the permission association.manage to see the association dashboard and the entire association portal. You receive this permission when an existing association staff member adds you under Association menu > Staff.

Tips

• Use the dashboard as your daily home page when you handle association tasks frequently — you do not miss any open request and immediately see when reports become overdue.
• Bookmark the association dashboard URL if you often switch quickly between choir and association.
• Check open requests regularly — some choirs wait weeks for admission, which causes frustration.
