What is this?

Jump marks are bookmarks inside the sheet music PDF — you mark a spot (e.g. chorus, verse 2, coda) and during practice or in concert you can jump there with one tap instead of flipping pages.

How to set jump marks

Open the PDF in the Sheet music tab
Tap the jump mark icon in the toolbar
Tap "Set mark" while you are at the desired spot
Give it a name — e.g. "Chorus", "Verse 2", "End"
Repeat for all important spots
Marks are saved automatically

Use marks

Show the list — all marks of a piece at a glance
Tap to jump directly to the page and position
Order — chronological by position in the piece
Edit — rename or delete a mark

When are they essential?

In concert — quick transitions without page-flipping stress
For repeats with jumps — e.g. "Da Capo al Coda" — set a mark on the coda
Longer pieces — navigate multi-movement works easily
Rehearsal work — "Let''s start at verse 3" — straight to it
Mark tempo change spots — find known difficult points quickly

Tips

Clear names — "Chorus" instead of "C" — important for quick reading in concert
Not too many — 10 marks get cluttered
Consistent order — verse before chorus, bridge in between
For multi-movement works — at least one mark per movement (start)
Check marks before concerts — order and names still right?

Are jump marks shared with others?▾

No. Like all personal annotations, jump marks are private — other members set their own.

How many jump marks per piece?▾

Unlimited. Most members get along with 5-10 marks per piece (verses, chorus, bridge).

Do they work offline?▾

Yes. Jump marks are stored locally and work without internet.
