What is this?

The Legal page bundles all legally required documents of Chorilo: imprint, terms (general terms and conditions), privacy policy and, where applicable, right of withdrawal. So you always know who runs Chorilo, which rules apply to use and how we handle your data.

  1. Open the profile through the main menu or the Profile tab.
  2. Pick "Legal".
  3. See the list of all available documents.
  4. Click an entry to read the full text.
  5. Optional: download documents as PDF if you want to keep them offline.

What lives here

  • Imprint — provider details under Section 5 TMG
  • Terms — terms of use for the Chorilo platform
  • Privacy policy — details of data processing under GDPR
  • Right of withdrawal — for paid features
  • Cookie notice — which cookies Chorilo uses
  • License notices — open source libraries used

Permission

The legal documents are publicly accessible — you do not even need a login to read them. Through the profile you just find them more conveniently.

Tips

  • Read the terms once thoroughly — especially the points on data use and obligations as an association staffer are important to understand.
  • For contract questions (such as "May I use Chorilo for our association?") write directly to support@chorilo.com — we help quickly and informally.
  • Keep your own association documents separate — what Chorilo shows under "Legal" only applies to our platform and does not replace the legal documents of your choir or association.

Frequently asked questions

Who is the provider of Chorilo?
Chorilo is operated by a company based in Germany. Full provider details with address, management and commercial register are in the imprint.
Where do I find the terms?
Right on the Legal page. The current version is binding. For larger changes we inform you in advance by email with a note about the adjustment.
Do I need the documents for my choir too (e.g. for our own imprint)?
No. Chorilo's legal information only applies to the Chorilo platform. Your choir needs its own imprint and privacy policy for its external presence — best to have it reviewed by an association lawyer.
