What is this?

With Edit title you adjust an existing sales title — master data, description, preview, prices or license packages. Even after publication in the shop you can make changes any time.

How to edit a title

  1. Open the "My sheet music" area and click the desired piece.
  2. Pick "Edit title".
  3. Adjust the desired fields:
    • Master data — title, composer, genre, voicing, difficulty
    • Description — update or extend the text
    • Cover image — upload a new image
    • PDF — upload a new version of the score
    • Audio sample — swap the sample
    • Prices and license packages — adjust conditions
  4. Add a note for existing buyers (optional) when uploading a new version.
  5. Click "Save" — changes are applied.

What you should keep in mind

  • Price changes only apply to new buyers — existing licenses stay unchanged
  • New PDF versions are automatically delivered to license holders
  • Larger changes (new score PDF, new license terms) are reviewed by the Chorilo team before becoming visible
  • Deactivating a piece removes it from the shop without affecting existing licenses

Frequently asked questions

Are price changes applied retroactively?▾
No. Existing license buyers keep their conditions. New buyers pay the current price. So licenses stay legally sound.
Does an edit have to be reviewed by the Chorilo team again?▾
Small changes to description or price need no new review. Larger changes like a new PDF or fundamentally new conditions are reviewed again.
Can I inform buyers when I revise the score?▾
Yes. When uploading a new version you can add a note for existing license holders — they then automatically get access to the new version.
