Publisher dashboard

What is this?

The publisher dashboard is the start page for publishers and composers selling sheet music through Chorilo. Here you see at a glance how your scores are doing: sales numbers, latest licenses, pending payouts and trends.

The dashboard helps you keep your offering tidy and see which pieces are particularly in demand.

What you see in the dashboard

• Sales numbers of recent days, weeks, months
• Top sellers — which pieces are doing best
• Recent licenses — which choirs have purchased lately
• Pending payouts — what is queued for the next transfer
• Quick access to "Upload sheet music", "Sales statistics", "Payouts"

What you can do

• Upload new sheet music and add it to the catalog
• Maintain existing titles — description, preview, prices
• View licenses — who bought which piece
• Check payouts — when does the money arrive
• Manage team members — give colleagues access

Permission

Every member of the publisher team has access. There are no special roles within a team — all team members see and manage the same.

Tips

• Check the dashboard briefly every day, especially after a marketing push or a new release.
• React to sales trends — if a piece suddenly takes off, you can deliberately point to it.
• Keep master data and previews current so buyers can make a good purchase decision.
