What is this?
In Sold licenses you see all purchases choirs have made for your sheet music. Per license you get detailed information — who bought what when on what terms.
That is important for bookkeeping, taxes and relationship management — you always know which choirs are already using your pieces.
What you see in the license list
Per license:
- Buyer choir — which choir purchased the license
- Piece — title, composer
- License type — flat or volume license, number of singers
- Purchase date
- Revenue — what you receive (after platform fee)
- Status — active, expired
- License detail — full terms
What you can do
- Filter by piece, buyer choir or time range
- Sort by date, revenue or buyer
- Search by buyer name or piece title
- Open license detail — full terms and buyer data
- CSV export for bookkeeping and taxes
