Diese Funktion ist nur im Web verfügbar.

What is this?

In the Manage team area you decide who has access to your publisher account. You can invite colleagues, composers, marketing or bookkeeping — all team members see the same data and can maintain pieces, view statistics and follow payouts.

That way you can distribute tasks and do not have to do everything alone.

How to invite team members

  1. Open the "Team" area in the publisher menu.
  2. Click "+ Invite member".
  3. Enter the email address and name of the person.
  4. Click "Send invitation".
  5. The person receives an email with an invitation link.
  6. As soon as they accept the invitation, they have immediate access to the dashboard.

How to remove team members

  1. Open the "Team" area.
  2. Click the three-dot menu next to the person.
  3. Pick "Remove from team".
  4. Confirm the safety prompt.
  5. The person loses publisher access immediately.

What team members can see and do

  • Dashboard with sales numbers
  • My sheet music — view and edit catalog
  • Upload new pieces
  • View licenses
  • Evaluate sales statistics
  • View payouts (not change)
  • Bank account — only last 4 digits visible

Permission

Every member of the publisher team has access. There are currently no differentiated roles — all members have the same rights.

Tips

  • Only invite trusted people — team members have far-reaching access.
  • Maintain the team actively — remove people no longer working for you immediately.
  • Briefly state in the invitation email what the person should do — that helps onboarding.
  • Two-person principle for sensitive actions like bank account changes — if possible, have someone double-check.

Frequently asked questions

Do team members see the bank account?
No, only the last four digits of the IBAN are visible to all. The full bank data is only viewable on first entry for security reasons.
Can I give team members limited rights?
Currently all team members have the same rights. Differentiated rights management is in preparation — let us know what you would like specifically.
What happens when I remove someone?
The person loses access to the publisher area immediately. They can keep using their personal Chorilo account but no longer see publisher data.
