Payouts

What is this?

In the Payouts area you see how much money you have received from Chorilo so far and what will be transferred to you in the next payout. Payouts happen monthly to your stored bank account.

Per payout there is a detail report with all included licenses, revenues and platform fees.

What you see in the payouts area

• Current balance — amount queued for the next payout
• Expected next payout — date and amount
• Payout history — all amounts transferred so far
• Per entry — date, amount, status (transferred, pending, failed)
• Detail report as PDF — license breakdown
• Current bank account — display for a quick check

How the payout works

1. Sales accumulate in the balance
2. Platform fee is deducted automatically (default 15%)
3. Monthly payout on the 15th of the following month
4. Minimum amount 50 euros — otherwise it is collected until the next month
5. Transfer to your stored bank account
6. Detail report as PDF for download

• Track status — transferred, pending or failed

Tips

• Keep your bank account always up to date — wrong IBANs delay payouts.
• Download reports monthly for your bookkeeping — that way you have everything organized.
• Mind the minimum amount of 50 euros — especially in the first months your balance may be combined first.
• For failed transfers check the bank account first — it is usually the cause.
