Permission required: Projects › View

What is this?

When you open a project you land on the detail page with all important information: master data, member list, events, sheet music and description. From here you navigate into all areas of the project.

How to open a project

  1. Go to the "Projects" area in the main menu.
  2. Click the desired project in the overview.
  3. You land on the project detail page with tabs for the individual areas.

What you see on the detail page

  • Master data — name, description, main choir, period
  • Events tab — all rehearsals and performances of the project
  • Members tab — who is in, which voice
  • Sheet music tab — repertoire of the project
  • Management buttons (with permission) — edit, invite members, assign sheet music, delete

What you can do

  • View events and confirm or decline attendance
  • Contact members — via chats or email
  • Download sheet music and practice
  • Become a member — if someone has invited you to the project

Permission

You need projects.view to see project details. Members of a project automatically see the project they are in. Editing and managing members requires higher permissions.

Tips

  • Look at the project regularly, especially as the concert date approaches — events, members or sheet music often change at short notice.
  • Use the member list to get in touch with other singers — also across choirs.
  • Save the sheet music offline in the app so you can practice independently of the internet.

Frequently asked questions

What do I see on the project detail page?
Master data, member list, all events of the project, the assigned repertoire (sheet music) and, depending on permissions, management buttons.
Are project events also shown in the regular calendar?
Yes. Events of a project also appear in the main calendar for participating members — they are marked as project events.
Can I jump directly from a project to the sheet music?
Yes. In the "Sheet music" area inside the project you find all assigned pieces. A click on a piece opens the music folder as usual.
