Diese Funktion ist nur im Web verfügbar.

What is this?

When the bell dropdown only shows your last 10 or so entries and you need a complete overview, click "Show all". You land on a separate page with the complete list of your notifications — searchable, filterable and sorted chronologically.

How to open the full view

  1. Click the bell icon in the header.
  2. At the bottom of the dropdown click "Show all".
  3. The full view opens as its own page.
  4. Filter or search by type, period or keyword.
  5. Click an entry to jump directly to the respective content.

What you have in the full view

  • All notifications of the last 90 days or so
  • Filter by type — events, notifications, chats, association announcements
  • Filter by status — all, unread, read
  • Search by keyword in content
  • Actions per entry — mark as read, archive, open

Permission

The full view is accessible to every signed-in user — no special permission. You only see your own notifications, not those of other members.

Tips

  • Use the filters regularly when your bell badge becomes two-digit — that way you do not lose the overview.
  • If you often look for association announcements, rather go directly to the Notifications area with the filter "Association announcements" — there you have more detail options.
  • For performance issues (very many notifications): use "Mark all as read" occasionally to keep the list manageable.

Frequently asked questions

How far back do the notifications go?
Usually you see notifications of the last 90 days. Older ones are archived or thinned out — but the underlying content (event, notification etc.) stays preserved in the respective area.
Can I filter the list, e.g. only by notifications?
Yes. In the full view there are filters by type — events, notifications, chats, association announcements, reminders. So you find what you are looking for in a targeted way.
Are read notifications also shown here?
By default yes, both. You can switch via filter to "only unread" if you only want to see the open items.
