Open notification via bell
Click a notification entry in the bell dropdown — you land directly on the notification with content, attachments and comments.
Diese Funktion ist nur im Web verfügbar.
What is this?
When someone in your choir or association publishes a notification, you receive a bell entry. With one click on it you directly open the notification detail page — with content, attachments, comments and any polls.
This is usually the fastest way to read new notifications without first navigating to the Notifications area.
How to open a notification via the bell
- Click the bell icon in the header.
- In the dropdown see the notification entry.
- Click the entry.
- You land on the notification with full content.
- Read, comment or react as usual.
What you can do on the notification
- Read content — full text, formatted content
- Open attachments — PDFs, images, Office documents
- Comment — replies and discussion
- React — thumbs up, heart, more reactions
- Participate in polls if one is embedded
- Archive — remove notification from your list
Permission
You can only open notifications that are released for you — i.e. notifications from choirs or associations you are a member of. For restricted notifications (e.g. only for the board) you need the corresponding permission group.
Tips
- React promptly — especially with polls and registrations with deadlines you otherwise miss important things.
- Use the comment function for follow-up questions — that way everyone has the discussion traceable in one place, instead of scattered in chats and emails.
- For association announcements you often have attachments with program flyers or registration links — open these comfortably in the browser instead of downloading the whole PDF.
