Dashboard overview
The dashboard is your home page after login — with widgets for events, notifications, tasks, jubilees and more at a glance.
What is this?
The dashboard is your personal home page once you sign in to Chorilo. Here you see at a glance what is happening in the choir: upcoming events, new notifications, open tasks, birthdays and special occasions.
The dashboard adapts to your role — choir director and board additionally see admin widgets like the engagement early warning or member statistics.
What you find on the dashboard
Typical widgets include:
- Next events — upcoming rehearsal, performance and meeting events
- Latest notifications — new posts and announcements from notifications
- My tasks — event-related to-dos assigned to you
- Jubilees — upcoming birthdays and membership jubilees
- Engagement early warning — members with declining activity (for those in charge)
- Quick access — buttons to frequently used functions
How to use the dashboard
- Sign in — you land on the dashboard automatically.
- If you are a member of multiple choirs, choose the desired choir at the top right.
- Click each widget to jump to the full view — e.g. from an event directly to the event detail page.
- Use the global search (Cmd+K or Ctrl+K) to quickly jump to members, events, sheet music or notifications.
Permission
No special permission — every member sees the dashboard. Which widgets appear depends on your rights in the choir. Admin widgets only appear with the corresponding role.
Tips
- Look at the dashboard briefly every day, before going deeper into an area — you immediately see what is currently important.
- Use the global search for fast jumps — it also finds content from chats, notifications and sheet music.
- In the mobile app the dashboard is similarly built — you also have the most important info on the go.
