With WhatsApp support you chat directly with Chorilo support — fast, personal and especially convenient when you are on your smartphone. Replies usually come within a few minutes during business hours.
WhatsApp is suitable for urgent matters, quick follow-ups and anything that needs to be discussed in between.
How to use WhatsApp support
- Click the support button at the bottom right.
- Choose "WhatsApp" in the menu.
- WhatsApp opens with our support number as contact.
- Write your question — short and clear.
- You get a reply as soon as we are available.
