What is this?
The support button is your quick access to help and support. You find it on every page in the web at the bottom right — usually as a round button with a question mark or speech bubble.
A click opens the help menu with three options: AI chat, email support or WhatsApp. Which you choose depends on your concern.
What you see in the help menu
- AI chat — instant answers from the Chorilo AI around the clock
- Email support — write us your concern, we reply within one business day
- WhatsApp support — direct contact for urgent matters
- Help articles — links to matching documentation
- Feature requests — direct jump to the "New features" page

- You have a quick question about a feature

No permission required — support is open to every Chorilo user.
Tips
- Describe your concern as concretely as possible — screenshots help a lot.
- For general questions try the AI chat first — it is immediately available and answers most standard questions.
- Mention your choir and role when you use email or WhatsApp — that speeds up the reply.
- For emergencies (e.g. a few hours before a concert) use WhatsApp — there the response is fastest.
