What is this?
The AI help chat is your fastest way to an answer — at any time of day or night. The Chorilo AI knows the entire help documentation and can directly help you with most standard questions.
The AI also knows which choir you are in and which permissions you have — answers become more tailored as a result.
How to use the AI chat
- Click the support button at the bottom right.
- Choose "AI chat" in the menu.
- Type your question in plain language — e.g. "How do I create a series of rehearsals?".
- Press Enter or click "Send".
- The AI replies usually within a few seconds.
- Ask follow-up questions if the answer does not quite fit — the AI keeps the conversation in mind.

When a human helps better
Switch to email or WhatsApp when:
- You suspect a bug (the AI cannot fix it)

Tips
- Ask concrete questions — the more precise, the better the answer.
- Name the area you are currently in (events, sheet music, members…) — that saves clarification rounds.
- Ask back if something stays unclear — the AI is patient.
- For really tricky cases switch to email or WhatsApp — humans often see context that escapes the AI.

Yes, fully. You can ask in English and get an English answer. Other languages are also supported — German, French, Dutch, Spanish and more.

Yes, anonymized for improvement purposes. Specific personal data or choir data is not stored beyond the conversation. Details are in the privacy policy.
