Accept choir invitation

What is this?

When someone invites you to a choir on Chorilo, you receive an email with an invitation link — or a link via WhatsApp, SMS or other means. With one click you join the choir.

If you do not have a Chorilo account yet, it is created together when accepting the invitation. If you are already registered, the choir is simply added to your account.

How to accept an invitation

1. Open the invitation email or the invitation message in the messenger.
2. Click the link "Accept invitation" or "Join".
3. You land on a welcome page that shows you the inviting choir.
4. Choose your path:
   • Already registered? → click "Join with existing account" and sign in.
   • New here? → click "Register and join", fill in first name, last name and password.
5. If the choir asks for it, add your voice and other profile details.
6. Click "Complete joining". You are now a member and see all events, notifications and sheet music of the choir.

What you see as a new member

• Events of the choir with the option to confirm or decline
• Notifications and chats of the choir
• Sheet music and pieces depending on permission
• Member list with contact details — if released by the choir

Permission

No special permission is needed to accept the invitation. Which features you see in the choir depends on the permission group the choir contact assigns you (e.g. member, board, choir director).

Tips

• Open the link on your smartphone if you already have the app installed — then you land directly in the app and everything is set up.
• Reply quickly, since invitations are valid for 14 days.
• Complete your profile right after joining — picture, phone number, voice — so your fellow choir members recognize you.
