What happens when you have successfully bought tickets or sheet music — confirmation email, tickets as PDF and next steps for the concert visit.

What is this?

The order success page appears right after the successful conclusion of a ticket or sheet music purchase. It confirms that the payment went through and shows you the next steps.

You also receive an email confirmation with tickets or sheet music as PDF immediately.

What you see on the success page

  • Order number — important for follow-up questions
  • Summary of the purchased tickets or sheet music
  • Invoice amount and payment method
  • "Download tickets" or "Download sheet music" button
  • Confirmation of the email dispatch address

What happens next

For tickets

  • You receive a confirmation email with all tickets as PDF
  • Each ticket has its own QR code for entry
  • Save the PDFs safely and have them at the concert
  • At the entrance an attendant scans the code

For sheet music

  • The sheet music automatically lands in your choir''s sheet music library
  • All authorized members see it immediately
  • You receive a confirmation email with license details
  • An invoice follows either directly or with the next billing

No permission required — the page only shows your own order.

Tips

  • Save the order number in case you have questions or need to complain later.
  • Download the tickets immediately and store them in a safe place.
  • Mark the Chorilo email address as safe so future confirmations do not land in spam.

Frequently asked questions

When does the confirmation email arrive?▾
Usually within a few seconds after successful payment. With delayed payments (e.g. SEPA) it can take a few minutes.
What if the email does not arrive?▾
Check the spam folder. If nothing is there, you can request the email again on the order page or contact the organizer.
Can I open the order page later again?▾
Yes. In the confirmation email you find a link to the order page via which you can re-download your tickets or view the status at any time.
