What is this?

When buying tickets you choose number and category of your tickets for a concert, enter your contact data and pay online. Right after successful payment you receive a confirmation email with the tickets as PDF — each ticket has its own QR code for entry.

How to buy tickets

  1. Open the ticket shop and click the desired concert.
  2. Choose ticket category (adults, reduced, children) and quantity.
  3. Click "Continue to order".
  4. Enter your contact data:
    • First name, last name
    • Email address (for the tickets!)
    • Phone number (optional)
  5. For multiple tickets: optionally add names of accompanying people.
  6. Choose the payment method — credit card, SEPA, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
  7. Complete the payment.
  8. You land on the confirmation page and immediately receive the email with the tickets.

What you have afterwards

  • Confirmation email with tickets as PDF
  • One QR code per ticket for entry
  • Receipt with billing address
  • Access to the order page for any cancellations or changes

Permission

No permission required — anyone can buy tickets, even without a Chorilo account.

Tips

  • Use an email address you read regularly — the tickets go there.
  • Download the PDFs immediately and store them safely (e.g. in a cloud) so you have them on hand even without email access.
  • On the smartphone: save the tickets in the Wallet app (iOS) or Google Wallet (Android) if the QR code in the PDF app does not scan well — alternatively print them.
  • Arrive in time at the entrance, especially at large concerts — scanning is fast, but with many guests it can take a moment.

Frequently asked questions

Which payment methods are available?▾
Common are credit card, SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Which methods a concert offers depends on the organizing choir and is shown on the payment page.
Do I get a separate email for each ticket?▾
No. All tickets of an order come in one confirmation email as PDF attachment. Each ticket has its own QR code.
What if the confirmation email does not arrive?▾
Check the spam folder first. If nothing is there, you can contact the organizer directly — they find your order by email address.
